- Screen scraping or automated capture of our interface
- Use of scripts to extract or harvest data
- Automated data collection for training datasets or AI models
Enforcement: Immediate account termination, IP address blocking, data deletion without recovery option, legal action for damages and attorney fees, and reporting to hosting providers and ISPs.
3.2 Reverse Engineering & Decompilation
Prohibited activities include decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering our code; attempting to extract algorithms or methodologies; circumventing copy protection or DRM mechanisms; creating derivative products from our platform; and analyzing our systems to identify vulnerabilities.
Enforcement: Immediate termination, legal action, damages recovery.
3.3 Unauthorized Access
Prohibited: attempting to access unauthorized systems or data; testing security without prior written permission; using default credentials or known vulnerabilities; exploiting bugs without responsible disclosure; social engineering our staff; or accessing data not intended for you.

3.4 Malware & Security Threats
Prohibited: uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or worms; creating or distributing code designed to harm our systems; conducting denial-of-service (DoS) or DDoS attacks; phishing, keylogging, or credential theft; creating botnets; or attempting to compromise system integrity.
Enforcement: Immediate termination, criminal referral, legal action.
3.5 Intellectual Property Violations
Prohibited: violating our copyrights, trademarks, or patents; infringing third-party intellectual property rights; unauthorized use of our logo, branding, or trademarks; removing copyright notices or attribution; claiming ownership of our content; and reselling or relicensing our Services.
Enforcement: DMCA takedown notices, legal action, damages recovery.
3.6 Harassment & Abuse
Prohibited: harassing, threatening, or abusive communications with our staff; deliberately interfering with Service availability; filing false claims, chargebacks, or disputes; threatening legal action to coerce unauthorized refunds; public disparagement intended to harm us; doxing or publishing private information.
Enforcement: Account termination, legal action, damages claim.
3.7 Fraud & Misrepresentation
Prohibited: providing false information to obtain Services; using stolen or fraudulent payment methods; misrepresenting your use case or authorization; filing fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks; money laundering, sanctions evasion, or terrorism financing.

3.8 Commercial Exploitation
Prohibited: reselling our Services without authorization; using our platform to provide competing services; transferring Services to unauthorized third parties; creating derivative offerings based on our methodology; unauthorized white-label or reseller activity.
Enforcement: Immediate termination, legal action, damages recovery.
3.9 Content Violations
Prohibited: uploading illegal, obscene, or offensive content; creating content that infringes third-party rights; transmitting hate speech or harassment; posting defamatory or libelous content; distributing content glorifying violence or terrorism; uploading sexually explicit content involving minors.
Enforcement: Content removal, account suspension or termination, law enforcement referral.
3.10 Corporate Espionage
Prohibited: attempting to steal our trade secrets; gathering competitive intelligence through unauthorized means; hiring our employees or contractors to disclose proprietary information; impersonating our representatives; creating competing offerings based on our methods; soliciting our clients with knowledge obtained from us.
Enforcement: Immediate termination, legal action, damages recovery, criminal referral.
4. Testing & Security Research
4.1 Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability:
- Report immediately to security@theslimemedia.com
- Provide detailed information about the vulnerability
- Give us 30 days to patch before public disclosure
- Await our confirmation and fix
We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours, provide status updates, credit you in our security acknowledgments (if desired), and consider a bug bounty at our discretion.
4.2 Prohibited Security Testing
Do NOT conduct load testing, stress testing, or penetration testing without written permission; exploit discovered vulnerabilities to access unauthorized data; test beyond the scope of authorized research; or disclose vulnerabilities publicly before a patch is available.
Enforcement: Legal action, damages recovery, criminal referral.
5. Monitoring & Enforcement
We monitor for violations through automated detection systems and alerts, log analysis and anomaly detection, traffic pattern analysis, user behavior analysis, third-party security tools, and manual review of suspicious activity.
Enforcement Actions
First offense (minor): Written warning, temporary access suspension (24-72 hours), mandatory terms acknowledgment.
Subsequent offense or serious violation: Immediate account termination, data deletion without backup, IP address blocking, reporting to hosting providers and law enforcement, legal action, and criminal referral for illegal conduct.
Zero Tolerance
The following result in automatic immediate termination with no warning: scraping or automated data harvesting, reverse engineering or decompilation, malware or security threats, fraud or payment disputes, illegal activity or corporate espionage, DDoS or denial-of-service attacks, and unauthorized access attempts.
6. DMCA Compliance
We comply with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar Canadian copyright laws.
DMCA violations include: circumventing technological protection measures, removing or altering copyright notices, manufacturing or distributing circumvention tools, and providing false DMCA takedown notices.
Civil penalties: Up to $150,000 per violation. Criminal penalties: Up to 5 years imprisonment and $500,000 fines for willful infringement.
DMCA Takedown Process
To report infringement: email legal@theslimemedia.com with a detailed description, URL of infringing content, and your contact information. We will investigate and take appropriate action within 10 business days. False DMCA notices may result in legal liability.
7. Sanctions & Export Controls
You represent that you are not located in any sanctioned country (North Korea, Iran, Syria, etc.), are not on any restricted party list (OFAC, UN, EU, etc.), and will comply with all export control laws. We refuse service in sanctioned countries and cooperate with government investigations.

9. Cooperation with Authorities
We cooperate with law enforcement and may preserve logs and data for legal investigations, provide evidence to authorities upon legal process, suspend accounts pending investigation, comply with court orders and subpoenas, and disclose user information when legally required.
10. Third-Party Violations
If your use violates third-party rights, you indemnify us against all claims, bear all legal costs and damages, and we may disclose your information to the affected third party and cooperate in legal proceedings against you.
11. No Liability for Enforcement
We are not liable for enforcement decisions or their impacts. Enforcement is at our sole discretion. We have no obligation to provide warnings. Enforcement does not constitute admission of liability.
12. Entire Agreement
This Policy is part of our Terms of Service. In case of conflict, our Terms of Service control. By using our Services, you accept all terms of this Policy.
